This pump works great and fits the Troy-Bilt 01902 with a few alterations. It does need longer bolts and some washers to space it down.This most worrying part is that one of the legs covers the engine oil drain plug completely. This means removing the pump to do an oil change.However, for the price and function of the pump, and the fact that an OEM pump is no longer available, it's a great deal.

The threads for the garden hose connection do not match a standard garden hose fitting. I tried multiple hoses, and they would not fit the pump's hose connection.

I installed this pump on my 6.5 hp briggs engine which runs great and the pump will not put out pressure as sometimes it tries to put out pressure but fails to. There is plenty of water pressure from hose.

Worked great on my Troy-Bilt model #01902. Looked different than the factory pump, but bolted up perfectly with longer bolts and a few washers for spacers. Bogged my engine down at first but used provided instructions to reduce pressure and all was fine.
