  • In order to reduce warranty and downtime in difficult-to-bleed applications, Southeast Clutch offers pre-filled clutch hydraulic systems.
  • Fully bled system includes a master cylinder and slave cylinder, connected by the hydraulic line. No additional components are required.
  • Designed for applications that typically include a pedal pulsation damper, but usually do not include a conventional bleed screw. The design of these components makes conventional bleeding difficult and time consuming.
  • Late model hydraulic systems require a variety of complex bleed procedures. Obtaining this information is challenging, and bleeding these systems is even more difficult and time consuming. The pre-filled system reduces shop time and eliminates warranty.
  • If the built-in pedal pulsation damper becomes contaminated, the system becomes nearly impossible to bleed. In addition, it is especially difficult to remove air from the damper. The pre-filled system eliminates these difficulties.

All our racing Clutches consist only of the very best materials. Increased clamp loads provide the capacity necessary to support the increase in torque that comes from modified engines. All of our discs have high capacity sprung center dampers to reduce shock on the drivetrain. Professional installation is recommended, all racing clutches are tested before leaving our warehouse in order to insure quality and require a 500 mile break in period.

The clutch master cylinder is directly connected to the clutch pedal and serves as the portion of the hydraulic system that generates hydraulic pressure. Master cylinders are divided into two primary categories based on the internal mechanism used to generate hydraulic pressure: seal over port systems and center-feed type systems.

Pre-Filled Hydraulic Systems

This system includes a master cylinder and slave cylinder, connected by the hydraulic line. No additional components are required, however, the pre-filled system may also include features such as a pulsation damper, heat shield, or neutral safety switch. These added components aren’t generally included with the individual master or slave cylinder.

Installed it a couple of days ago, and it's working just fine so far. Remember to take the hydraulic line adapter off of the old slave cylinder and put it on the new one before installing it. It comes with a replacement gasket and pin for the line adapter for when you transfer it over. It was a tight fit for my vehicle, which made it tricky to install, but the worst part is that the bleeder valve is nearly impossible to get to. I recommend using an 8mm or 10mm angle head wrench to get to it.Overall, my clutch works again, so I'm happy.
