Sleep so much better having an alarm to alert me if my basement takes on water. Also out one under the kitchen sink. Love that it is loud and runs on battery’s.

These do not work! I performed a test and repeatedly they did not sound off.The warning siren went off 10% of the time and failed 90%.I did this test 3 times and the result was always the same. 7!out of 10 failed. You can not rely on this as a safety precaution, they are junk. If you are looking to spend money on junk look no further, these are for you.

These leak alarms work great with a sensor above and beneath the item. I put it underneath my sink, toilet, and water heater. This can prevent 1000s of water damage to your home!
