So far it's great. Popped the batteries in and it worked instantly. With my previous remote I would have to press the buttons so hard but this one I don't. Having the case is another plus.

I did have to read reviews to figure out why mine wasn't working, it was "pushing the batteries in forcefully" fixed it.

They were easy to use right out of the package. No programing needed. The only thing I don't like is where the volume and mute buttons are. They're just not in a good location as I always accidentally press both of them all the time. I wish they would update them and put the volume and mute button on the front instead of the side. Other than that, I highly recommend and would purchase again.

Great deal on two remotes. Shipped fast. For my TCL TV there was no set-up required. Pop in the batteries ( not included ) and go.
