UPDATE: the seller offered a refund which I appreciate. If these were scaled-up in size (especially the wheels) I bet they would perform very well. I knew they were small when I bought them but didn't expect them to be unable to clear even small sidewalk gaps.ORIGINAL REVIEW:These rollers are very small and fragile. They worked fine on smooth hardwood but moving requires going outdoors! These struggled with even small sidewalk cracks, causing the desk I was moving to pop out of the rollers. While it helped with a sofa, one wheel came off track and warped (see photo), as it still kept slipping out on cracks and uneven surfaces. Lightweight items don’t seem to stay in place, while heavier ones can crush the wheels. Overall, it needs larger, more durable wheels to be useful for moving. I wish they'd been more useful.

Very impressed, this think made my life easier. I wanted to move a big piece of furniture without dragging it to scratch my hardwood floor this made it the task such a great breeze. Very sturdy with soft and stable wheels. Was truly helpful even on the carpet floor but work best on wooden floors. Just be aware the individual pieces are small but this was perfect for the task I need it for and ironically was perfect to move around even the biggest furniture items. It even came with pads and the lifting tool does the job. Overall I am really happy!

Good size, fits easily on sofa legs or under a desk. Has pads to help with grip and prevent scratching. The included lever helps easily raise your furniture to place the rollers under . Very functional and the wheels make it easy to move, good value.

These furniture moving wheels worked ok to move the dresser I needed to move; the lifting tool didn’t really help to slide the wheels under the legs though… it’s too short and the fulcrum too small… but once I got the wheels in place it rolled nicely.

The tool that is supposed to be used to lift HEAVY (up to 750 lbs) is a piece of crap. It has a flimsy wheel that folds to either side and almost breaks or it rolls back and you can't lift the item without removing the tool and resetting the stupid wheel. And, the 2 piece handle? It's a joke!! It has no thread to tighten one piece to the other so it's slipping all over the place and is unsafe, you may end up with bruised knuckles or smashed fingers from the dumb tool itself. Very poor design, cheap, not worth what I paid for it. And, there is no padding on this metal tool so expect nicks and chips on your nice furniture. The wheels are a pretty color, they seem to be sturdy, and I like that the square area is recessed to better hold the feet of furniture in place, but the flimsy leveraging tool ruined it for me, it's a piece of junk. I don't recommend this item unless they revise the tool.
