Doesn't do what I thought it did, only allows duplication of monitor not extending. Not the devices fault, my fault for not realizing this.Seems kind of cheap but as far as I can tell it works okay.

Very minor issues. One being that the quality of the 3rd output is quite dull for some reason. 1 and 2 work perfectly but 3 has the noticeable image degradation. Because it's powered and not passive you will require USB power but it's not a problem for me as it's used in a PS5 primarially.Very easy to set up etc.

I needed to daisy chain two TVs so I used this. I used double-sided mounting tape to stick this to the back of the TV, plugged the USB for power into the TV’s USB, and ran my input HDMI and output cables. One output went into the main TV and the other output went into the other TV.Build quality is metal so seams like it’ll be durable. The cable length it comes with is short; these def seem like they’re meant to be attached or kept right behind a TV. Of course, these are dependent on the length of cables you use with it too. Also, both TVs were made by different companies. One of em was a Smart TV, the other a very old TV, one of the generations before smart TVs. And the input comes from an HDMI splitter (made by OREI.)5 Star product. I don’t have experience with this company, but I have plenty of experience with OREI. This one works just as fast and well as the OREI splitter boxes that I’ve used. Happy to recommend!

This allows you to duplicate an HDMI signal from one source to up to 4 displays.I thought I was getting a one to three splitter but received a one to four. I’m not complaining. This will work up to 4K at 30hz for the incoming picture. Supports DTS and Dolby formats. At 4K the user manual recommends hdmi cables not exceeding 5 metres. In testing this will work without the additional 5v usb power feed, but that is an option if there are issues. Included is an usb a to micro usb power lead and a single short hdmi cable.Just add the hdmi cables to run to to the monitors. No issues, recommended.

Works fine with a 2021 macbook pro. You must hook a power supply up (either external or run off of a usb port). Used for company keynote projected to two projectors. No issues.

This device splits a single HDMI signal and then lets you connect it to two displays. It comes with a short HDMI cable to connect your device / computer to the splitter. There is also a USB-A to USB-C cable to power the splitter if your HDMI cables and devices don't provide sufficient power to the splitter. There is a switch on the splitter that is used to pass the screen info back to the computer providing the signal. The switch has three positions Auto, copy1 and copy2. If you connect to screens with different resolutions this switch is important. When set to AUTO the lowest resolution of the screens sets the resolution for the computer to output. If set to copy1 then the resolution of the screen connected to OUT1 is used to set the resolution, and likewise for copy2.The unit is solidly made and looks like it will last a good time. When connecting to screens with the same resolution it works brilliantly well, and both 4K and fullHD works fine.I only found a small issue when I connected this splitter to a 16:10 ratio screen with 1920 x 1200 pixels and another of 16:9 ratio with 1920 x 1080 pixels. Both screens were dropped to 1920 x 1080, or if I used the switch to copy the display ID from the 1920 x 1200 screen I had no display on the 1920 x 1080 screen. So if you are hoping to get 4K from one connection and fullHD from the other you might need to try a scaling splitter.

This is a very neat and compact solution if you need to split an HDMI signal between two devices. I have an AV (home cinema) amp which although it has several HDMI inputs it only has one output. I have both a TV mounted on the wall and a projector mounted on the ceiling which I use for Netflix and watching DVD’s. Because there is only one HDMI output socket on the amp, I have to switch cables between TV & Projector depending on whatever device I’m using – a complete pain! This is a brilliant solution. Simply connect the output from the source (amp) into the socket labelled HDMI Input, then connect the feed to the other devices into HDMI 1 & HDMI 2, set the little switch to auto and away you go.You may find that the unit does not require the separate USB supplied power as it will work from the power supplied from the input HDMI cable. I would still highly recommend you use a separate power supply; this will make the unit considerably more stable in operation and will prevent the signal faltering. If you are unsure what the Auto/Copy1 & Copy 2 do here is my understanding. Say you have a TV max resolution 1080p plugged into port HDMI1 & a second device (projector) max resolution 4K plugged into port HDMI2 – the splitter can only output at one resolution. Auto detects the most compatible resolution in this case 1080P and splits the signal at that resolution and both devices work. Now say you select copy HDMI2 the splitter will now detect the projector, which is plugged into HDMI2 and is capable of 4k and will output (providing the amp is capable of that Res) at 4k – the projector works, the TV will either flash or display resolution error. At this price point this is an excellent solution to a fairly common problem of sharing an HDMI output.

I have used many of these products to varying success on different video screens and monitors, and so far, this is the most reliable unit that I have used. On so, before you read any further let me state that it does not support extending your display (separate displays on either screen), if you use a dual monitor system. For that you can use the separate HDMI output on your laptop or computer (if it has one) and for more than 2 monitors on most systems you will need a separate USB to HDMI graphics adapter. However, if you want to duplicate 1 output to 2 screens then this is for you. I often have the need to mirror the output from my laptop to both an external screen and a projector. This device is perfect. Just connect it to the HDMI output of your laptop using the HDMI cable included and then each screen to the separate outputs of the unit. In most cases this actually works without connecting the unit to a USB power supply, but, if you have a problem then connecting the supplied USB C cable to either a USB port of your computer or a separate USB power supply should give you a perfect, reliable dual output. The unit gives you the option to switch from single to dual output, or, if left on auto, will give you dual output if it is available and on which ever output is used. I have found the option to switch off one of the outputs via hardware quite useful when changing presentations, or briefly checking my email without the whole audience watching. I really like this item and it is well worth the 5 stars that I have awarded.

I ordered this to split the output of a Fire TV Stick 3 ways in our van (one output to the front screen, one to a monitor mounted between the front seats in the center console cup holder, and another small monitor mounted to one of the middle row head rests for the 3rd row). It simply works for my intended use case. Note that I am running various displays with very low resolution (the lowest is 800x480), which appears to cause all monitors to run at that resolution (the built in front screen is that resolution), but that doesn't matter as it's just for media playback for long car rides (two monitors in the back for the kids, the main display in the front for us to simply choose the next video/movie to turn on).

I used this to feed 2 tvs from a single HDMI output on a Dish Network receiver. I powered it with the USB port on the tv by the receiver and the picture was perfect on both TV’s. It was exactly what I needed at a great price.

The product works as described. Please be aware of the following:1. Power Issue- You may need to plug the usbc cable directly into a AC/DC convert and into a wall outlet to ensure enough power is entering the splitter.- You may need to connect each HDMI cable 1 at a time instead of all at once to avoid a blank screen due to lack of power going to the unit.So far there have been no issues with Audio or Video with this splitter.
