I received mine today and I've used it three different times. Its a work out not just for my arms but waist too. I gave 4 stars because I do wish one thing. I wish that it had an app for my phone to track my improvement or how I did. I do have my music that it connects to. I need to find some good beat music to play along with it. My volume was fine. No issues.

We were excited when opening the box. However, the music boxing machine and the gloves has such a strong odor that we have to pack it right back into the box. Unsure what the odor is, most likely is from the gloves but we couldn’t withstand the smell.

The speaker on this is not good quality sound, but it takes the monotony out of my workout. It sticks on the wall like a sticker and is supported with thin Velcro straps. Not sure how well this will hold up to long term use. Only time will tell. I would not hang this up in a garage or anyplace without air conditioning for fear the adhesive will loosen and cause the device to fall and break. Still a lot of fun.

Overall a great workout tool. It's a good size and easy to use. The speaker isn't great, but it works. My kids also enjoyed using it, great for the whole family.

Fun gaming exercise. Don’t want to go too crazy hit strength wise but it’s fun to keep to the beat. Took me a bit to figure out the volume. When I first turned it on it was so loud. .
