The boxing machine is very sturdy and durable.it comes with nine modes and nine speeds. It has Bluetooth capability so your able to work out to your own music. The installation is simple and easy; there is no drilling in the wall it is velcroid.

This music boxing machine is fun—as long as you treat it like the light-up, rhythm-game-style stress toy it is, and not like you’re training for a title fight. It looks like it came from a viral clip, and sure, it mounts to the wall... but so will your fist if you punch too hard.We had a good laugh punching through modes and speeds—though the lights don’t sync with your music, and some of the combos feel more “random YouTube challenge” than boxing logic. Still, the reflex workout is legit and the foam is forgiving.Just don’t expect Peloton polish or real boxing resistance. It’s an energetic, beat-pounding break from the ordinary… until the Velcro peels off and you’re chasing it across the room. Would I buy it again? Probably not. But am I having fun with it? Definitely.

This boxing trainer can be a lot of fun for some people. I just wasn't a huge fan. It has Bluetooth capabilities to play your own music while using it or it just plays a looped audio of its own. It can be mounted to the wall by multiple different methods, I chose to use the Velcro. It has 9 different modes and speeds to target anyone's personal preference and the hitting sensitivity can be adjusted. It came with some "boxing gloves" and the round soft pads on the board light up when you are supposed to punch them. It also plays back certain sounds depending on whether you hit the pad on time or you miss it. I'm not a boxer and never boxed in my life but I could keep up with the second fastest speed setting and it definitely was a nice workout so I could see why someone would like this as it could be a fun way to workout but it's not intended for actual professional boxers. It looks well made and the gloves protect your hands enough that it doesn't hurt to punch the board even after a while but in my opinion the price is too steep for a product like this hence my star rating.

This is a great option for at-home boxing fun. It comes with gloves and a charging cord, and it can connect to your phone.It was super easy to set up. I do suggest you think about placement first-what/who is on the other side of the wall and when is it going to be used. Also I suggest if possible, put something behind the machine so buffer the noise.Once we set it up we had a blast using it. Keep in mind that it is NOT the gym and It can only withstand so much force. It is super fun though. There are 9 different modes and is suitable for all ages.

There are two ways to set up the circle: Either Velcro adhesive only or combination of hook + Velcro. Depending on the surface, Velcro should suffice alone; However, for a strong hold, installing a hook will be required. Drilling isn't required, per se, as you can use hammer and the nail, but this will vary by surface to see what will be most effective.Get ready to utilize the Bluetooth feature, as you will get tired by the looping, generic tune very quickly. Will this replace a punching bag? Not quite, but this is still a decent setup for a quick workout, which should break a sweat.

So, we got this hoping that it would work for our young grandson who has decided he wants to be a boxer. Of course, we know his young ambition will likely change someday, but what's the harm is cultivating his current dream, right? This is definitely more game-like that a true training tool, but that's okay because it's lots of fun! You likely won't become a pro boxer from this punching machine, but you will exhaust yourself using it and the exercise is good for you!
