Terrible quality

Has all the features an oscillating saw should have and all work well. Overall construction makes this a good tool for occasional use only as there is no way it would stand up to use in a construction environment. At that, the listed price is great.

I picked up this NEWONE Cordless Oscillating Saw to have as a spare in the truck. At this price point, it is a good value with the exception that extra batteries appear harder to find. I had to use it recently and the battery charge is slow and so you will need an extra battery for it if you are doing anything more than a couple minutes. It did serve the purpose and it has a quick attach blade setup which is nice for working on different materials. The lock on switch is nice vs some of the pull and hold options when it comes to tool use comfort. It comes with a bunch of basic attachments and blades which is nice for one or two time use and gives you an idea of whether you want to purchase more of a specific part or opt for a universal kit. The bad is not compartmentalized, so everything just kind of flops around in there. Not a huge deal, but it might lead to cuts in the bag down the road with the multi blades just hanging out in there.Overall, it's a useful tool, but needs more AH capacity in the battery or a 2nd battery included.

The kit has a nice assortment of accessories. The saw works quite well and is rather quiet, compared to some tools. I do wish these kits came with two batteries though, as replacements are difficult to acquire sometimes. I am happy with my selection.

I debated with myself about giving this 5 stars and thought it was close to a 5 star rating but not quite. It appears to be well made and worked fine. I especially like that it has a variable speed capability. I also like the way that the blades attach to the tool (Using a quick change lever). They accept the normal oscillating tool blades of which I have many. But whereas my older Bosch has a screw with larger washer that has to be tightened to hold down the blade, this tool has a lever near the blade which when lifted, raises the clamping piece that holds the blade. You simply replace the blade lower the lever and you're back in business. It also has a light in the front for seeing your work better. So why didn't I give it 5 stars? What I didn't care for was that it was only 18volt and I wish it was at least 20V. I also didn't like the way the battery is charged. The battery fits on like most cordless tools. But where it differs is that there is a round hole in the battery that you insert a small plug into (similar to how older phones were charged). The other end plugs into an electric outlet and the overall length of the charger cable is fairly short. So you have to get the tool pretty close to the outlet which may prove difficult in certain situations.Still overall, I am pleased with it and came close to giving it 5 stars. Can't speak yet to durability which will come with time and usage. But for the price I thought it was a good deal.

This is my first oscillating tool, so I don't have prior experience with other tools to compare to. But this performs as I would expect. There seems to be plenty of power from the battery as I am able to quickly zip through a 2x4, and it is pretty easy to control. Overall the tool is fairly heavy and perhaps not ideally balanced, but it is the kind of tool that is usually used for short jobs so I don't think there is any problem here.Changing blades and attachments is super easy with the quick release lever, and I appreciate that there is a well made storage bag included that is large enough to contain all the pieces.I am a bit disappointed that the battery is not compatible with the other two systems that I currently use - Dewalt and Black and Decker, so now I have another unique battery to deal with. The good news is that for me the tool will be used for small jobs and one battery will easily be enough and I won't have to worry about a spare.Price point is perhaps a bit high for a generic tool, but still a good alternative to the pricier name brands if you don't care about battery compatability and only use it occasionally.

This is a light duty, homeowner level, single small job tool. The battery life is not long enough for the average job IMO and the tool lacks power for the average size job. It's ideal for a few quick cuts not worth dragging out an extension cord for, crafting etc but not a serious power tool. Double the battery life and give me two of them and we can talk. If you want an oscillating saw on a budget get a corded model.
