Ni-CD rechargeable Sub C batteries are designed for enhanced performance for high drain applications such as emergence lighting, portable devices, power tools. There are soldering tabs attached to both ends of the batteries for easier to replace or rebuild your power tool battery pack.
They have 1.2V Nominal Voltage, their voltage would be charged up to about 1.32V when they are fully charged. For the batteries to have a longer lifespan, they are suggested to recharge below at 1.0A (1000mAh) current per hour.

These batteries are listed as suitable replacements for use in a power drill battery. I bought them for my old Milwaukee 14.4V. The cells match dimensionally. 2200mAh should be adequate. The batteries come with tabs spotwelded in place on top and bottom. I don't understand why they do this as you are pretty much guaranteed to have to tear one off each battery. Some of the tabs did not tear off cleanly.Batteries charged properly and each one measures ~1.3V on the fluke. Sadly they offer no amperage. The drill lazily spins up to speed but can be easily stopped by grabbing the chuck with my hand. They are not suitable for use in this application. I removed the batteries to return to Amazon. Some of the yellow plastic shows scorching where the tab crosses. Perhaps the tabs are too thin? Some of the electrical tape I used to insulate the batteries also melted in a couple spots. I'm confident I did everything correctly and there is nothing I could have done differently. Do not purchase these batteries for anything other than low amp draw applications.
