I purchased and re-programmed my HT from State police surplus inventory. That Motorola actually came with this exact battery when purchased 3 -4 years ago. So purchased this same exact battery and seems to work fine. My other battery had been through thousands of re-charges until just started to degrade but 3 years + of use is great to me.

This battery did not hold a charge even when allowed to completely drain and start from complete depletion. Also, Impress charger will not recognize the battery and you will have to remove it from radio to charge. It's funny because I bought the same battery from the same seller a year prior and worked fine. Reasonable price but I need it to work. The battery I received actually said it was a genuine Motorola which I found odd.
