This hook is a little flimsy. Our washer hose is stiff enough that this plastic piece couldn't latch onto the hose and make the bend that was needed for our drain. The way to combat that was for me to use zip ties-- I zipped tied the hose onto this hook at a few points and it generally helped make the correct shape that is needed. The result was the bend we needed, but the it still feels a little floppy. If you have a thin, flexible hose then this hook might work for you, but otherwise expect to make some mods in order for it to work.

The holder kept my washer’s drain hose from slipping out mid-cycle. It clips on tight and hasn’t budged since. Easy fix for something that was way more annoying than it should’ve been.
