have purchased two of these ice cream machines. Both of my machines broke and had to be returned. My second return and replacement was rejected and I paid a $249 restocking fee. These machines poorly designed and break easily. Save the packaging so you can return these machines when they break! My replacement was rejected because I didn’t save the packaging. Also consider buying a yearly maintenance plan because these machines will break! These machines are very very loud and if you do not like loud grinding sounds stay away from this product!
