  • The slushy cup should be placed in the freezer or refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, at a temperature of -10°C/14°F or lower.

  • Yes, it takes longer to process dairy products into smoothies than sodas or fruit juices. Before extrusion, it's best to let the dairy product rest in the cup for 3-4 minutes.

  • Some of our products are dishwasher-safe. The silica gel cup and integrated condensate can only be cleaned manually with cold or lukewarm water. The other parts can be washed in the dishwasher.

Great quick snack maker for the kids. Easy process for them to make use of it. Lot like freezing juices into popsicles when I was a kid, but a whole lot quicker. Honestly only complaint is they are a bit of a hassle to clean...but frankly that's the kid's job.

Came with the cap broken, tried it anyway. Takes at least 6 hours to freeze, you can only put in 1/4 of a drink or it will slosh out. Trashed it
