I bought this refurbished Ninja Luxe as it came with the same product warranties and Amazon Guarantee as buying new. The product had all the accessories and paperwork, no scratches or dents, works perfectly fine and I saved a lot! The only difference was the original box was not included, which I didn't care about. The package arrived before the original arrival date and was packaged well. Don't be afraid to buy refurbished as you can still return it, if something is not right. The coffee and drinks are delicious. No worries if putting under kitchen cabinets as the steam is well controlled and mainly comes out the front. The water reservoir is in the back right side though, so you will most likely have to pull the machine out a little to remove the water reservoir for refilling. Super buy and super happy!

Item arrived well packaged but the machine itself has scratches on the display and the stainless steel cavity is pitted and scratched up. See pics. Machine also didn't include the owners manual. I haven't tested the machine yet but will return if it has issues.Update 4/8/25: Despite the cosmetic issues, the machine appears to be working fine and I guess my first brew (though the drink was 2 separate brews), was a double espresso that I made and then mixed into my 12oz. classic drip coffee brew. Tasted great!Adding 1 star now that I know it's functioning correctly.

It doesn't handle light roasts well, but overall makes a variety drinks very well automatically. The frother works with 0 effort. I'm slightly concerned about the lifetime of this machine given the grinder relies on a "funnel" you attach/detach to the portafilter - every single cup - because the grinder will not function without it.
