I haven't used them yet. I bought these to wear with dresses & they're really thin so they shouldn't be seen. I was worried about my nipples showing & they are thin but they give you separate items 2 cover nipples so I don't think nipples will show. If there's any problems with them I will update my post

These are definitely not like the Cakes brand. They’re super sticky—almost too sticky—and can hurt to take off. They’re also thicker and tend to show through shirts more. They’ll work in a pinch, but if you’re looking for something seamless and gentle, I’d recommend sticking with Cakes.
