This fan only seems to operate at max speed. At gpu idle, the fans don't run, but at even the slightest bit of encoding/gaming/use, they ramp up to max rpm and sound as though they could catch fire at any moment. I tested my gpu with (2) pwm 4 pin case fans, and they operated just fine, so I have ruled out the gpu as the culprit.It should also be noted, that the fans pictured here appear to be replacement fans in unused condition, but what I received had the MSI branding on the stickers, not "NNL" anywhere on the fan, and clearly used. It would seem they are just pulling used fans off bad MSI cards and reselling them. This would be fine in most cases if the fan were in good, functional condition, but what I received is a bad, used condition fan that sounds like a jet engine constantly. Pulled from system due to fear of electrical fire.

The wire is too short for MSI RX 580 Armor Graphics Video Card. Seller needs to remove MSI ARMOR RX 580 from product descrtiption.
