I bought for my bookcase because I didn’t want to drill a hole to the wall and it made me happy if having this . But in the end didn’t hold the weight of the bookcase and i was left unsatisfied. plus it ruined my newly painted room

We got this to anchor down some furniture since our little one's crawling around now. The adhesive is very strong, but you want to make sure that you're going to keep it where you place it because it could take off the paint if you decide you want to move it around. You either drill holes or risk removing some paint. It's not the smoothest to install with the adjustable screw (no instructions) but it's fairly straightforward installing it. So far it's done a good job of anchoring bookcases and small furniture to the walls!

Overall I am please with these. They needed more support on the wall side than the sticky tabs provided but stuck very nicely to the furniture with zero issues.
