I have another style of Nomad jacket in a 3XL that is a little big on me, but works. I ordered this jacket in a 3XL and it's not even close to fitting. It actually fits my son who wears a large. How can they be so far off on the sizing?

Super comfortable and i would say the size is true. So far I will say it's waterproof I've used it a few times mostly in rain and I haven't had any water soak through and those were for 6 to 8 hour sits.

I bought this jacket because both season was getting colder. It is warm the zipper is pretty decently quiet and the pockets on the side are very large. If I needed to buy another jacket, I would buy this one. If you need to layer due to the weather, potentially changing from being cold to warmer, I would get a size up, but the jacket is very true to size.

This is a really nice high quality jacket. Haven’t sat in a tree with it yet but it feels plenty warm and the wind resistance should be perfect for all day rut hunts. Craftsmanship is great and it’s really quiet and comfortable

When this jacket arrived I was a little skeptical, the sizing is OK, big in the torso but tighter in the neck.I wore it during the early hunting season with just a light shirt underneath when it was 50 in the early morning and 75 in the midday and it was the perfect weight. I was worried about the faux fur being too hot, but it wasn't.I decided I was going to wear it as my outer layer on the opening day of gun season. It was 29 degrees and driving snow/sleet. I had 3 other layers (one of which was a Nomad long sleeve shirt) underneath. I sat for 12 hours that day and stayed warm and dry. I have worn it out every day since, including today when it is snowing and I am completely warm and dry in my tree stand.The quality seems to be very good, it has held up to several washes and being put in the dryer 20 or more times. So far, I love it! I highly recommend Nomad!
