This pedal won't support "catch & release" sustain action when used with Piano 5. I tried and it didn't worked. Nord Tech Support confirmed lack of full compatibility.

This pedal clicks when released. It works great with nords but there is no polarity switch. Hoping this one lasts longer than my other pedals, which all tend to peter out fairly quickly.

This over-priced product is a little disappointing when compared to the high-quality NORD brand keyboards.(Materials should be more robust.) Although I already had a pedal that I've been using for a couple of years, I wanted a second one - so I could leave one in the studio while on the road. I protect and treat all of my equipment with care but my original pedal became intermittent and then stopped functioning. Luckily, I had already ordered a new one through Amazon and it works, but I am not confident that the new one will endure regular use for an acceptable amount of time.

Pedal didn't work on arrival. Opened it up and found what seemed to be a botched wiring job.

Didn't work out of the box, I'm a technician for a large oil company so I grabbed a meter and was getting some readings less than a complete circuit at the 1/4" jack, I took it apart and put it back together and then it worked, a strange switch with dual contacts was inside,some sort of latex rubber membrane with carbon dots I am unfamiliar with this type of switch although it looked well constructed, Made in Italy. the price I'll just keep it, its working now, but it does make the cheaper ones look good. Ive had trouble with Nord QC before.
