Does a great job cooking bacon; 1 minute per slice. Great for heating or cooking other meats too. Cleans up easy, plus it drains grease and fat.

I haven't used the bottom part yet, but I WISH the cover had some tab or had a way of hanging it up on the wall. Right now, it lives on top of the microwave with a tv tray with other stuff on top of the microwave. I haven't figured out how to hang it so it's not on a flat surface, but reachable near the microwave. My cabinets are SUPER small, so I don't have that much room to store it, plus, the whole point is to have the cover handy. I think it could be a bit larger in diameter. I don't think my plates are overly large, but it doesn't cover the edges of the plate. I own older Nordic Ware and they were much thicker and seemed higher in quality. Like everything else, quantity and quality is lessening. I think this product works as described. Then handle is formed out of the semi-opaque lid, which can make it difficult to pick up if you have a medium to large hand. Other than no method of hanging and the handle is a little iffy, it should work for most cooks.

I prefer my my bacon made in the microwave. My microwave has a turntable which did not work well with my rectangular bacon cooker. This is made well, sturdy, easy to clean and cooks my bacon to perfection! The large dome cover is great to shield the splatters.

I've used a Nordic Ware deep microwave dish for decades, and am very happy with it; however, due to the depth of the dish it was awkward to remove fish fillets without having them fall apart. Since this grill doesn't have sides, I bought it to solve my problem. While the grill and cover work fine, I'm disappointed with its quality. It's almost as though the dish had been returned to Nordic Ware and repackaged, since it had a Nordic Ware sticker on the grill. However, after the first use, the dish developed a number of unsightly "scars" along the edges, which are impossible to clean out. Notwithstanding this deficiency, the grill still fulfills its purpose. Just sad that a company that previously made such durable products has let quality control lapse...

easy to use and makes for fast and easy cooking bacon without getting the stove all messy.The cleanup, however, is a tough task, with getting into each groove. It is made of a tough material though and seems to be okay with a good soaking and scouring pad it. Just takes a bit to get between the grooves after each use.

It’s the perfect size for our smaller microwave oven. Is durable but it did arrive with a piece broken on the outer edge. It didn’t seem like it would impede its use and so far it hasn’t.

This microwaveable bacon tray arrived today. It was wrapped nicely and seemed to be nice until I unwrapped it and noticed chips/rough edges (see photo) in two spots in the rim on the smooth side tray. Both sides looked like they needed a cleaning even after I washed the tray initially. I would describe the surface as having clear spots or stains.I removed the product sticker when washing under water. It peeled off and stayed in one piece so I set that aside.I did try the ridged side of the tray by cooking two strips of bacon in the microwave. The cooking process was fine and the cover worked well. It did a nice job with the bacon. The size of the tray was fine for my microwave.Basically, the tray did not look pristine to me and did have some seeming surface wear. I will keep it and see if the ridges chip. It was an okay purchase, but not totally satisfied with the manufacturing quality result of the product.

ottimo prodotto per una cucina salutare ma il prezzo è troppo alto rispetto al prezzo di vendita retail in USA.Sostituisce un piatto in materiale (tipo metallo) per cucinare in microonde purtroppo non più in vendita.
