This thing works great on my slick-topped electric stove. I'm able to get well defined grill marks and char on pretty much anything I put on it. It cleans up in a breeze and is worth every penny. I'm glad I didn't spring 5x the $$ for the one with the French name.

It is heavy enough that that it stays put on my glass top range. Very good quality and fits well on my griddle burner. It is shorter than the complete burner but fits great on the one burner with the connecting burner. Easy to clean, .
