If you do, this is THE cookie sheet for you! I love how my cookies turn out with this baking sheet. The tyranny of today, are soft cookies! I like cookies that have a crunchy texture when I bite into them.

Love these pans, nor more dark bottoms on cookies and biscuits.

Boyutları standart ankastre fırında kullanıma müsait. Kenarlarındaki hafif kavis kurabiyeleri fırından çıkartırken kayıp düşmesini önlüyor. Çok uzun zamandır fiyatını kontrol ediyordum, günden güne artmaya başlayınca sonunda aldım. Ölmez bir tepsi, evde kurabiye yapmayı sevenlere şiddetle tavsiye edilir.

I have been looking for a cookie sheet that had no sides, no non-stick surface and was not insulated. They make the best cookie sheets and don't require time or temperature adjustments to your recipes. This is a nice, old fashioned cookie sheet and I plan to buy a second one. My old one is fine but I would like at least 2 more so I can get cookies ready for the oven while others bake. This is especially important when I bake cookies for my church's Christmas bake sale.

It does an ok job, the aluminum construction seems solid, the shape is as pictured.Edges are *really* sharp, they could really improve it by rounding them a bit. They need to be rounded a bit, because they will definitely cut you. They cut me.

So these cookie sheets are very thin, think sharper edges because of that thinness. Perfect thinness to get between your finger nail and skin if you’re blindly going in fast to take it out of your cabinet. (Luckily this hasn’t happened to me, but I’m aware of this risk every. single. time I go to use them.) Because the metal is so thin overall, when it’s hot (and when it’s not) it’s hard to get a grip using a silicone or mitt-shaped or fabric hot pad. The shape is an odd square-ish dimension that makes 16 cookies a little close together (though 1.5 T scoop size works). What I really like is that the parchment I use simply slips off the flat edge onto the cooling rack. No lip. (So be careful said parchment doesn’t land on the floor.) So yes I like these in general; however, I wouldn’t buy them again and likely will look for something else when I have time.

This is an amazing cookie sheet. We made chocolate chip cookies on this (with parchment paper) and they came out perfectly. I saw someone else complaining this doesn't "brown" the bottom of the cookies - I did increase the cook time of the recipe a little to make sure they were perfectly browned, and not underdone or overdone. I increased it by 3 minutes. So it takes a little longer, but the end result was far superior to anything I have made on any other cookie sheet - and we've tried quite a few, including all the usual suspects and some of the fancier brands. I bought one to try it out, and will buy more so we don't have to bake one batch at a time. It's really easy to slide the cookies off on the side that doesn't have a lip. Sturdiness - I don't know about this yet. It's a very light, flexible pan. I do own several other Nordic Ware pans, and they've all lasted well, and we bake multiple things every week, like bread etc. We hand wash them all and cleanup is a breeze. I used parchment paper on this one, so it didn't require much effort to clean. I can see how this particular pan may get scratched easily, although this hasn't happened to ours yet. Overall, I'd say this is an excellent cookie sheet. You'll need more than one if you're making lots of cookies, and don't want to bake them in batches.

The Nordic Ware Traditional Cookie Sheet, 13.5 X 14, is an excellent choice for those baking in today's better insulated, 30-inch ovens. I purchased this item after finding that my older, large AirBake cookie sheets went completely from front-to-back, if placed so the raised lip could be grabbed, in my new oven. This sheet fits the new oven well, but is only large enough to accommodate 9 cookies. Although imprinted with words indicating NordicWare classifies this as a large-sized baking sheet, the useable surface area is only 13" X 14." Personally, I would classify it as a medium-sized baking sheet.I particularly like that the Nordic Ware Traditional Cookie Sheet is a nice medium weight. It does not take a weight-lifter to put it into or take it out of the oven. Nevertheless, it is still substantial enough so that it does not warp. Another feature, which is becoming difficult to find in reasonably priced baking pans, is the absence of any type nonstick coating. I use parchment paper on my baking sheets, but still prefer a traditional uncoated surface. Best of all - these pans were manufactured in the United States. If this pan had one drawback, it was that it had rough edges. Although these were not rough enough to scrape or cut the user, I felt this was a downside. This issue was easily solved by having my spouse buff them to a smoother finish. One of the raised lips was "dinged," but since performance was not affected I did not return it to Amazon or deduct from the rating.I would recommend the Nordic Ware Traditional Cookie Sheet, 13.5" X 14", to anyone needing a quality, medium-sized baking sheet; I purchased two. For those preferring a larger baking sheet and who have an oven which can accomodate it, I recommend the Vollrath 14" X 17" baking sheet. I will be purchasing a second one soon - that should round out my purchases of new cookie sheets.
