I LOVE these sheets. Stuff doesn't burn like it does on a regular sheet. Sometimes you forget how long things have been in the oven, oops. Easy to clean.

Works well. Cookies slide off the pan without sticking. No burned cookies. Easy pan yo clean. Nice stiff no flex steel pan.

I have been using the same cookie baking sheet for over 40 years and it definitely showed the use. When I recently made empanadas I realized how really worn my trusty baking sheet had become. This new sheet is amazing, and the design is designed to make removing it from the oven safer and easier. The non-stick surface will serve me well and I have let my old sheet retire. Great product for a good price.

I deducted 1-star because the shape is basically square and doesn't fit into sinks that well. If it were more of a rectangular shape then it would fit in a sink for cleaning without getting water all over the place and myself.

The pan arrived with a bent corner and dented.The pan seems to be ok, just made cookies which turned out fine.
