Really should have looked and reviews/picture prior to purchasing. Like the other reviewer said make sure you really inspect right away. I ordered two and the first one I opened had a crack in the bottom, not even going to bother opening the second one.

I’ve ordered three carboys and all arrived defective. These were not shipping issues. The problem is with the product before it was shipped.Amazon wants you to review products separate from vendors. This is stupid policy for glass. If you have a single DEFECT in your glass, it will expand and shatter at a later date. The quality of this product is directly related to who you buy it from and how they protect it for storage. The issues are not separate.Be sure and examine your product for defects and return immediately.I would not recommend this product.

Product was missing carboy handle and orange cap. Otherwise everything was as described and received promptly.
