I'm actually not using it for honey though. My family makes its own tooth powder from bentonite clay, baking soda, xyletol sweetener, peppermint and cinnamon essential oils because it's so much better for tooth care than regular toothpaste, especially that with fluoride. But I needed a container for the purpose that's pretty on the bathroom sink. This is just the thing. I substituted a white ceramic spoon for the honey dipper. I need that to scoop the powder onto my palm to pick up with the toothbrush. Mine isn't the eggshell blue pictured but is more like a light turquoise. Still very pretty and works great for my purpose.

I looked all over for honey pots but this one met all my requirements. It’ll stand up to every day use, it’s not over the top pricey and I even like the color. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced, decorative place to store your honey that won’t end up slopping it all over the place look no further.

I like it so far. However, its very reactive to room temperature. So, if your home is slightly cold or cool, the honey hardens a bit to where it doesn't flow well. Also, because of this, I recommend not using for raw honey because it will crystallize.

I use honey daily but had never tried anything other than the plastic squeeze bottles from the store. They were messy and starting to hurt my hand. I got the honeycomb design and I love how it fits in with my kitchen accessories. The size and function of this pot work great for me, and I'm enjoying using the stir stick for my tea throughout the day. Happy customer! Side note: This color matches the yellow Le Creuset color perfectly.

I purchased mine as a used item from Amazon, but it arrived in near perfect condition. The only flaw was a small burr along the bottom of the enamel which I removed with sandpaper and about 30 seconds of work. The enamel is bright and even, the shape is symmetrical, and it's the perfect size for everyday use. The lid fits evenly and the honeydipper is good quality. I'm picky about my ceramics and this one is good quality stoneware. My family and I live in an area that produces a lot of local honey and we are all big fans of Winnie the Pooh, so this was just perfect for us. I also ordered the honey pot from the Disney Store, and this one is way better quality and much more attractive.

This honey container won't keep any ants out so you need to keep the outside clean and perhaps rubbed with a bounce sheet to discourage any ants from climbing it's sides if ants get into the house. It's a bit difficult training family members on how to use the honey dipper (you keep twirling it to prevent the honey from dripping off) so you're going to get a mess from people who just can't figure things out. It's cute but you might be better off with a glass jar with a screw top.

Bought this a few months ago for a kitchen reno. I was finally able to take it out and put it on my counter. It's the perfect size and the color is spot on from the photos online. The hole for the honey dipper is a bit larger (just a bit) so if ants is a problem in your house, this may not work as there is no "seal." Not an issue for me so that's fine. Would buy again.

This is exactly the kind of honey pot I was looking for. I knew when I saw it! Well made and as described. It holds about a cup and a half of honey I would guess. The perfect size and color is spot on. Worth every penny.

It's not huge but it holds a good amount of honey. You may want to purchase a larger dipping stick thing, as others have mentioned, but those are easily found on Amazon. The colour is great (we bought the yellow) and it keeps our honey contained and easily accessible on the countertop. My husband loves it.
