It is a round/oval shape heating pad that is a heavy one. It works and feels so much better than a regular one. It covers a big area of your body. Heats up really good. Great quality.

This blanket feels sooooo good! It's got that heavy feeling of a weighted blanket with the magic of a heated blanket all mixed into one perfect heated weighted blissful blanket. It's great for a sore lower back or cramps, tired legs. Especially awesome for the sensory seeking individuals who like that heavy feeling on them. It's cozy on the next level. I'm a big fan. Would buy again.

I love the versatility of this. I have a weighted lap pad, and a heated blanket, but to combine the two into one little heated weighted lap pad is just so convenient. I like to use this on my lap while working from home. It removes the urge to get up and distract myself with other things around the house during my work day. It's also excellent for putting onto my back while laying down at the end of the day to relieve muscle tension. Overall, this is a great product.

I absolutely love this weighted heated blanket. I strained my neck by breathing too hard apparently & this blanket has been a lifesaver. I’m able to put it on my neck and shoulder blade on level 3 and it’s helped my pain so much. It’s not too heavy that it hurts, but it applies the perfect amount of pressure to the area that hurts. I think this will also be amazing for premenstrual cramps.
