I have had this machine for a year and a half now! No problems what’s so ever! I’ve owned 3 of the more expensive machines and have had to have them replaced within a year due to compressor and motor problems. Not so with this machine. Keep it filled with water, clean it when it needs it and it will run perfectly for you. Not as noisy as the more expensive one either! Love the price and durability of this machine! With this said it does have a small hopper and it doesn’t have a side water tank but it does makes ice quickly and I just add water when I get my ice…. No problem!

I didn’t know I could be this obsessed with ice, but here we are. This nugget ice maker is everything! The ice it makes is soft, crunchy, and perfect for drinks, smoothies, or just munching on because who doesn’t love nugget ice? It’s like having Sonic’s ice at home, and if you know, you know. The machine itself is sleek and fits perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space. It’s surprisingly quiet—no annoying hum or rattle—and it pumps out nugget ice faster than I expected. Plus, the ice doesn’t clump together or melt immediately like other machines.Cleaning is a breeze, which is a huge plus because I’m all about easy maintenance. It’s a little luxury that has completely upgraded my drink game. Whether it’s for iced coffee, cocktails, or just to chew on (guilty), this nugget ice maker is worth every penny. If you’ve been debating, just do it. Your future self (and your beverages) will thank you!

Below is my honest review. I would like to acknowledge the great customer service though. They reached out to me after reading it and made the situation right. For that I’m adding a star back.I was so excited to get this. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and my husband has had it with the noise it makes. I’m the one who is ice crazy so I was willing to put up with it, but the honeymoon is over.I find the machine easy to use and clean. The pellets are a little bigger than I expected but still good. I am also surprised how long they last. They don’t melt too fast. The machine puts out a decent amount of ice in a reasonable amount of time. Its size is fitting for what it does.Sadly, the noise is too much and it’s not practical to put extra ice in the freezer. I tried that and it melds in to a solid piece, meaning you have to beat it to break it apart.

First off, gotta say their customer service is amazing. We originally ordered this, and it was loud. Like can't hold a conversation close to it loud. When I contacted them, they shipped a new one immediately. This one works flawlessly. Quiet, fast with the ice, easy to fill. My kids are ice chewers, and they are in heaven, it's not too soft, not too hard. We fill it and forget about it, until we need ice, then we always have a full basket. Also, it's not TOO much ice, that we have nowhere to put it all. We could have spent 500$ on one of those units that have a built in freezer, but they are huge, and just not efficient. We are very happy with the ice maker.

Nice and compact ice maker, other pebble ice makers are to large to fit under my cupboard space. Works very well. It makes ice quickly and efficiently. No noiser than our fridge’s ice maker. Easy to operate, the manual included is a great asset to learning how to operate it. We’ve been loving having an endless supply of ice hands and super quick. Worth the money if you want pebble/nugget ice.

We bought this machine is for my elderly parent who eats ice all day long. She doesn’t have an icemaker in her freezer, so I would have to hassle with buying a bag of ice ($3.50) every couple of days…Then we would have to break it up with a hammer so they’d be small enough to get into her mouth. That was a messy PITA that always destroyed the bag. Sucking on store bought ice is an invitation for a choking hazard. Plus, if you don’t have all of your teeth.. well, ice sucking .. sucks!!Still it is better than the traditional sized huge cube trays. And yeah, we have a ton of those silicone mold ice trays, and of varying sizes - I hate all of them. They’re difficult to pop the ice out of them and the precious freezer space required to lay them flat. Then there’s the waiting…Someone suggested we ease our “problems” by checking Amazon for a counter top ice maker..ugh. a, what? come again?smdh… right. yep. 👍🏻There are tons of choices but I needed *small sized cubes*, so that narrowed it down considerably.$200 is reasonable… considering what I’d been spending at the store …from these big companies with reportedly moldy machines…I have the undercounter Brondell Circle purifier for water filtration. If you’re still drinking tap water, forget this machine and invest in cleaning up your water instead. But I digress…This ice maker dispenses tiny sized ice cubes that are very easy to get into your mouth.it takes maybe an hour to make a batch from room temperature water. As the ice comes out, it will fill to one side of the basket, so slide the cubes over to the other side with the scoop to create room for more to dispense from the chute, or it will stop the ice making process. There’s no need to empty a partially full basket! An important tip, is to literally “tip the basket” before emptying it. Once full, prop on its side and let the water drain out before you put it into the bag for the freezer. You'll be shocked at how much comes out!The ice is "wet" at this stage, it is still soft. This is when you want to eat it, if you are a ice chewer. It's also a great time to throw it in the blender for making a daiquiri, frappe or smoothie. The machine comes with a couple of drawstring “ice bags”, which I quickly doubled up, because you still have to physically prevent the ice cubes from freezing into a solid mass…. they come out of the machine wet, but they'll freeze into solid rocks or chunks if you don't break them up soon, possibly a couple of times, after they hit the freezer for 10-30 minutes. It also depends how you position the fresh ice. This step of slamming the bag on the countertop is going to beat the included bags up over time.Tip-Put the fresh ice on top, then, lay the bag out as flat as you can in the freezer. You don’t want the wet ice water to drip down and solidify the singly cubed pieces below it- ah gravity…Set a timer for 10-15 mins then slam the bag on the counter to break it up or it will freeze permanently into hard, difficult to separate clumps... this is not the reason you bought a bullet ice maker.🤔Personally, I like to drizzle the natural (no dyes or chemicals, mostly Polish) european fruit syrups over a glass of them and make an ice cold drink right in my mouth as they melt!!Frozen fruit or fresh fruit, booze or not, this ice cube size is perfect for me and I wish I had one since forever ago!I think I am going to try a jack-n-coke slushie!! Will it hold its fizz? What about root beer then throw a scoop of ice cream on top?! Booze or not?!Buy this and let me know what you make with it!!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We absolutely love our nugget ice maker! It’s a total game-changer for drinks, snacks, and entertaining. The ice it produces is perfectly soft, chewable, and melts just the right way. It works quickly, consistently, and is surprisingly quiet compared to other machines we’ve tried.Cleaning and maintenance are straightforward, which is a huge plus. We also love how compact and sleek it looks on the counter—it fits perfectly without taking up too much space. Whether it’s for soda, water, or even keeping fruit cold, this ice maker delivers every time.If you’re an ice enthusiast like us, you need this nugget ice maker in your life! It’s worth every penny. Update: after a lot of back and forth with the company I got a replacement. It works well and filled my drawer in 20 mins. Instead of waiting 20 mins for a cup of ice. Only downside is company has stated it needs bottled water only, not filtered or tap water which it doesn’t reflect in their instructionsBought this ice maker says 32 lbs a day. It can’t do that. After about 1 it makes a grinding noise. We spend 2 days just filling our own 2lb drawer. We have no extra and if my husband uses all the ice and I start it again it’s 4 hours before any ice is made and we usually turn it off cause it’s squealing with noise. Don’t recommend buying this one and hard to get ahold of company

Ever since I found out you could now buy an ice maker that would make the crunchy nugget ice, I've wanted one. But for the longest time they were always soooo expensive and took up a sizeable portion of countertop space. And being that I have a small freezer I can't feasibly go and buy a bag from the closest Sonic drive in to have on hand.So this summer the heat pump in our house died leaving us with no AC. A couple of window units makes our bedroom and offices bearable, but the rest of the house is stupid warm. Prime Day came around and I found the EASYERA Nugget Ice Maker on sale and decided now was the time for me to finally buy myself one of these ice makers. While still much more expensive than other ice makers, this machine has been so, so worth it.It's not that big--smaller than a bread machine and takes up about a little less counterspace than the footprint of a standard KitchenAid mixer, which is what it lives next to in my kitchen. Only time I ever hear it is when the first few rounds of ice are dropping into the basket, otherwise it's very quiet while running. The instructions are clear on how to get it set up and running as well as maintenance and troubleshooting. And it works fast... easily had some ice to start crunching on withing the first 10 minutes of turning it on. The drain plug on the bottom of the unit seals very well, no leaking or anything, and it drains the whole unit and not just one part, so you don't have to worry about tipping it over to pour out water or anything like that. We use bottled purified water in it since our tap water is very hard as we are on a well and scale builds up super fast in our other appliances. It's been almost a month so far, and it's still making me tons of delicious ice every day without any issues at all. I love this thing; if you're on the fence about getting one due to the price, this one is worth it by far.
