I’m not sure about this yet. It’s my 4th nugget ice maker since Christmas. It was a gift. The first 3 did not last over a week. They’d start making a crazy noise and the the motor would freeze up and never work again!😵💫 Luckily we were able to return them with no issues.We studied all of them and decided on this one. However, it’s had issues also. It constantly stops working and everything on the front starts blinking red. We have to unplug it several times a day and then restart it. Works for awhile and same scenario multiple times a day.We’ve reached out to the seller to ask questions, but no response. Only 30 day warranty on this one so we are stuck with it at this point. (It has worked longer than the first 3.)We have found if we run the cleaning cycle several times a week it helps. I’ve tried my refrigerator filtered water and I’m now trying my Brita filtered water. But neither seems to have helped much. I refuse to buy the bottled water for it.I love the nugget ice and will continue to “wrestle “ with it until it stops all together.

I love this thing. Makes ice in minutes. Fills with ice within an hour. Perfect!

I make matcha and coffee every morning and this machine help me replicate coffee shop ice machine and restaurant ice. Very nice and make ice very fast. Full bucket in about an hour
