Toy hammers are just fun. They somehow become 5x as much fun when each hit gives a satisfying "squeak". They're not super durable but are worth the cost. They also have a flute/recorder kind of thing molded into the handle but it doesn't work at all just fyi.

We got these for our one year old as I thought he’d like the noise and hitting it off things and blowing in the flute. The squeak when you hit the hammer is not loud at all. Sometimes no noise comes out. The flute is cute but you need to hold multiple holes at once which obviously my one year old cannot do on their own. When I use the flute it really only makes one noise when all holes are plugged and that’s it. Theyre cute and bright but not super great for my baby.

My employer (equipment repair shop) banned the use of all hammers after a tech sustained an injury while using a sledge hammer. I then passed out a box of these "new approved safety hammers" for my guys. The shop was full of laughter, squeaking, and song from the recorders built into the handles. Management got a laugh out of it and we got nothing done all day... it was great!Be safe out there and remember, real hammers can be dangerous!

I bought these for Christmas for my nieces and nephews. They loved the gifts but they didn't last very long and broke within about 10 minutes. They still had fun while they lasted and were happy to receive them.
