Great, does exactly what it should. Doesn't come with bolts or lock.Had mine installed for about 2 years and it is developing some rust. I suggest hitting it with a coat of cold galv before installing.

Good price, reasonably substantial but plating quality is only so-so -- began showing rust streaks on day two after installation. Wouldn't want to use this near seaside or salted roads.

Use this and a puck lock to keep the crackheads from stealing your tools or anything else for that matter. The product was shipped quickly it has an interesting paint, but you could paint it to match what you're installing it on. I like the hasp because it orientates the key hole towards the ground where it is less likely to have kids or idiots put stuff in there (they think they will open a $50 puck lock with a twig?). Anyhow it's a good product for a low price.As I recall the screw holes wouldn't fit 3/8' carriage so I had to use 5/16 carriage bolts. Use this with through bolts and fender washers and it would be tough to get into.
