9 foot leash for normal daily walks, neighborhood walks, shopping trips and exploration walks. Dogs can explore to his noses' content without your constantly redirecting him. you can use the long leash in unfenced dog parks or on walking trails or in open fields. He gets to explore and you don't have to worry about him taking off. It's the most rewarding walking time you have together. Plus, it will tires him out so much faster than a normal leash walk. Tips: Getting used to managing a long line can take some practice. When starting out, it's best to work in a less busy, open area so that you practice managing the long line and securing it as needed. You can always contact us if you're just getting started with a long line and have any questions.

Our rescue dog is fearful of being on a leash. (One can only wonder why.) We've discovered that she's less leary of a light-weight leash. This nylon leash is light-weight and the nine-foot length is just right for helping to keep things simple.

dog stops and pulls alot and the leash still remains stretchy. the clip still works. and the bright colors help people see you at night.

I love this type of lease for my 22 pound chihuahua mix that I use on the chest of his harness. It makes walking him a breeze! Had a few similar ones that have broke at the latch after a while. Hoping this one holds up.

This isn’t my favorite leash, as it’s shorter than I thought for a big dog. Also it only has two handles, which are spaced far apart. If they were closer it would give more control to the person walking the dog if they suddenly try to go after something. Well made though.

I love this reflective leash and the gentle, excellent control it affords. However, the carabiner can (and mine did, in my front hall, thank goodness) open on its own in response to the dog moving around. The safety prongs built into the carabiner are ridiculously short and not effective. I wound a rubber band above the carabiner (so the leash never has strain from the harness ring anywhere near the carabiner opening, and I wound another rubber band tight at the base of the carabiner so it can't possible slip into position for the safety prongs to allow opening.The leash is beautiful, comfortable for my dog and me - just wish the manufacturer would charge $3.00 more and have effective safety prongs in the carabiner.

This is a perfect leash for the dog owner that likes to take the dog out even if the dog is large and/or sometimes darts at things randomly. I have had the leash for 5 mths now and walk the dog almost everyday.-The latch has a safety clip to make sure the dog is not coming undone.- The neon colors are a nice safety idea (mind they are not reflective, if you walk only in dark might want one that does)- The bungee part is perfect for those quick and sudden darts a dog may do. It gives just enough give for you to be able to tighten and the dog that little reminder he/she is attached. * please note this is a bungee not extending so it’s really only to give your dog some pull room normally the dog will need to stay at the length.- it has 2 handles one standard and one control handle for those moments when another dog walks by and you want to keep them close.- and finally it has a standard seat belt clip installed into the leash making for easy switch from ride in the car to walk in the park.Overall it’s a leash, but for those who walk a lot and may have a stronger dog that darts at things or pulls at times this is a great leash for you!

The leash is bright and reflective, has a seatbelt fastener on it for rides in the vehicle. The short leash function is great in high traffic situations. The stretch is great for sudden movement, will take sometime to become accustomed to it. I really like it now. The connector which clips on to harness d ring is heavy duty and locks as an extra safety feature. I'm very happy with my purchase, and recommend this leash for large dogs because it has a little give and smoothes out your overall dog walk experience.

I got this as a second leash for my pitbull. Whenever my dog-walker comes to take her on a walk (or a run), he somehow ends up leaving with a leash. So I needed a few extras to keep around for evening walks. This leash is great - it is strong and held well when we went on an hour-long walk. It also stretches enough to give the dog plenty of sniffing options. It appears to be very durable - pitbulls are not the smallest of breeds. I also enjoy the car buckle - I have at least one dog buckle in each vehicle but whenever the dog walker takes her to the park - he does not have to look through my garage for a spare buckle but can just use the one on the leash. Overall - sturdy, durable, great quality, and buckles!
