First of all, some of the edges of the mold were chipped and not even and it says non stick and it does stick when you try to take the ravioli out it opens and the filling falls out. I don't recommend it at all. I tried to return the item the very next day and the seller want to charge to ship it back

I tried several ones by different companies. This one is a perfect shape for my needs, looks festive with that flower shape of the ravioli edges, and I like how smooth the edges of the inner rims are. I had previous ones that the inner edges were sharp and the cut through the dough. I realized how important that quality is. I highly recommend this ravioli form. I did not have any discounts or deals by this company, so my opinion is only resulting from the experience.

Used this to make pelmeni and they turned out okay (too much air is left inside the dough - dumplings look soggy after boiling). Hand made is hand made..
