Disclaimer!! I did not purchase this product through Amazon, but picked it up at a local dive shop because my AquaLung transmitter did not make it to me.With the transfer of Oceanic dive computers to AquaLung, this transmitter is great. I had ordered an AquaLung transmitter to go with my i450 dive computer, but due to location, they could not deliver and issued a quick refund. Instead of trying to order on direct from AquaLung, I went into my local dive shop and asked about the Oceanic transmitter. The staff was not sure if it was compatible, but for anyone who knows the SCUBA business, AquaLung has taken over the Oceanic computers and are now creating their own. Luckily for me, my instructor showed up at the shop and had her gear in her car. After a quick programming, the transmitter was connected and recognized by my computer.For those who like to streamline their gear, I would definitely recommend spending the money on a wrist watch dive computer with transmitter. This product is great, plus gives you accurate readings before, during, and after your dive. Great for plugging into your PC or MAC and logging your dives
