This is a decent duster. I like that the end that the fabric slips over is very soft, so you can be more aggressive on dusty things without worrying about it poking or damaging stuff. The refills are pretty fluffy and pick up tons of dust and trap it. Great overall.The one downside for me? A lot of stuff I'm dusting is within arm's reach, so I don't need to extend the rod out. Doing so makes it awkward to dust stuff. But... there's no real locking mechanism on keeping the arm completely shortened. It wants to extend by at least one bar length before "locking" in place. Meaning you can't really effectively use the duster wand fully closed, because it doesn't stay that way. Any slight tugging/snagging on stuff you're dusting will pull the wand extension out. You'd have to literally tape the extender closed to prevent it from opening. It hurts my wrist trying to dust in a way to not accidentally pull the wand into extension mode.Such a weird oversight on an otherwise well designed product. I guess they assume every single thing you're trying to dust is over 3 feet away.

I love the fact it has a bending effect to really get into some of those crevices. Definitely gets the job done. I like how it’s more lightweight than my old duster.

The handle and duster holder are a total of 3 ft when extended, the handle itself is 28" when fully extended - I missed that part before I ordered it, so that's on me, but the extra 8" was what I was looking for. I was also under the impression that the duster part was flexible in that it could be bent into a shape and stay that way, which is not the case. The duster pad/refill thingy slides off very easily if not hooked securly. If I had looked at it in-person, probably would have passed on the purchase, but it's ok enough that I won't return as it's better than nothing.

I was a Swiffer babe for forever, but our new home has higher ceilings, so I purchased this on a whim. WELL, LET ME TELL YOU.... I love this thing! It picks up better and doesn't stick on imperfections like the other brand does. I can reach the corners of each room with ease and it's basically the same amount for the other product but clearly better quality.
