Replaced starter that was making more noise than normal. This starter sounds good and faster than the original and has been working for 2 years. The only thing I didn't like was the installation, but I now have the right sized tools and hope I never have to use them again!

I put this on a 2010 Crown Vic CVPI. Came well packed wrapped in bubble wrap. Out of the box looks just like the original Ford starter. No issues with the install, wiring connections and bolt holes all matched.First turn of the key vehicle started with no problems. Actually this starter seemed to spin faster and start the engine quicker.So far this seems like a quality part, if not I will be back to update.

the starter was defective due to a bad solenoid, we replace the solenoid and install it. so far it working good now.
