This alternator is way too weak for a 2010 impala.Performed bad, just didn’t provide power for the battery at all. Died within 2-3 weeks

I recently purchased a replacement alternator for my 2007 Chevy Impala from Amazon and I must say it exceeded my expectations in both price and quality. Priced at a reasonable $119.95, this alternator proved to be a cost-effective alternative to the exorbitant $382 quote I received from a local mechanic for the same part, not to mention the additional $200 installation fee, which the quote came to $582!Opting for a more practical approach, we enlisted the help of a knowledgeable friend and successfully installed the alternator ourselves. Installed on 07 Chevy impala ltz. Took about 1 hour. New one is quiet and charges around 14v. Overall very happy with this product
