An unfortunate “oops” sent my DWS780 miter saw crashing to the ground. Things were broken including this indicator piece. Easy to install and works like the original did.

My original miter indicator was not this nice. This is almost like a bake light or melamine plastic. So much more durable than the original and so much easier to read. Not the cheap ABS plastic the original was. I was hesitant at first because of the price but it really is worth it, so no complaints at all. It screwed right on the saw using the original mounting hardware. I use this saw daily and cut aluminum with it as I build custom Aluminum Trailers CARGOMAXXX, so the Guage gets a lot of course debris hitting it. I think this one will hold up a lot better being made from this material.
