We brought 2 of these scooter and not even 30 days the whole frame shake and handle bar to wheel moves around like it's real lose and the folding handlebars won't stay lock in when picking up it's automatically comes apart and it goes right back up so pretty much it's a piece of crap you pay $500 need to pay $70 in shipping plus taxes we spent $607 for one scooter and we got nothing but trash the lights on the side at the bottom don't work on one side the whole front wheel area moves around when you hit the brakes even when the handlebars move around the pole that goes down to the wheels and somehow it won't stay the way it's supposed to stay which is non-moving a non-moving product you don't buy something that falls apart they're made cheap they might look heavy duty but they put cheap parts on it we're trying to get our money back I don't want nothing on one of these scooters I actually want my money back on all of it second of all the seat wobbles around like it's wobbling like when you're driving it writing it whatever you want to say you're doing it just wobble Weeble wobble it's a piece of crap this company needs to be sued for selling crappy ass products

Controller quit on it. Powers up but wont go. Controller malfunction light on.

Great investment for the city dweller and the country off roader. Powerful at 34 mph for 30 miles + range, also can be unlocked to full potential 45mph. However, this setting uses more power I've discovered. I take it through downtown and cut through a few places off road and on to get to work every day. I work about 20 miles from me and still have 25 percent when I get there. Heads up, these are tube tires so order the necessaries for when you get a flat.

The good;It's fast. A local speed trap clocked me at 30 despite the gauge reading 35, more on that in a moment. The tires are as advertised, big and very capable. I didn't assemble the seat, just wasn't into it. And at speed I don't want to be sitting. I've put almost 50 miles on it at this point and have not seen a degradation of quality in the motor or charging cycles. Adjustable disk brakes! Huge plus in safety.The bad;There is a design flaw in the gauge where it doesn't read your actual speed. It uses an internal clock that determines if you're in mode x/y/z and your throttle is at a/b/c then you are traveling at whatever speed. So that's not ideal. It makes having the information not actually useful. It's advertised as being able to go more than 20 miles on a single charge, but I'm sceptical. Maybe if there was a straight path at the lowest setting. But after 12 miles at full speed the batteries are 3/4 empty. At ~50lbs I wouldn't want to push it very far.Build quality is questionable. And I don't say that as a negative, I say this as something I'm unsure of. I don't think it's going to fall apart at 30mph, but it makes a lot of squeaks that make me raise an eyebrow.All and all it's very fun, fast, and capable. I have had 0 times where I had an issue. I would like to know about it's future. Such a replacement for brake pads, replacing tires, and potentially batteries.If you want a fun toy to commute locally and your too lazy/out of shape to bicycle (like me), I highly recommend this. If anything changes I will update this review.

The scooter is bigger than it looks. But it is a great machine. You can even ride it on the grass or a sandy path. It weighs about 50 in’s.

The scooter seemed nice right out of the box, however, the locking mechanism that secures the handlebars in the upright position is made using plastic components. This allowed ours to break on the 3rd use. Luckily, it was still in its "return" window so it being sent back.

Ordered this for an 18 year old. He is a big guy and he loves the scooter. Fits him and holds his weight. Scooter moves quick and runs great
