Absolutely outstanding wheels. They were easy to put on my chair, and worked right out of the box. I have a bit of an issue with how slippery it can get, but it's still is fun to use. It is also very quiet and doesn't scratch my floors compared to my old chair wheels. Furthermore, it doesn't catch my carpet and it doesnt break.

I feel like these are unnecessary upgrade whenever I buy a new office chair. They don't clog with strings or garbage that gets on my floor.

I liked the wheels, unfortunately the stem was just a hair too big to fit in the socket of my existing wheels. Fortunately, they worked in my sisters chair, so my purchase wasn't completely wasted.

No more cutting a groove in the carpet these wheels are fabulous, medium, and firm rubber no grooves no anything except plain rubber and worked perfectly
