I think this is one of those items that when it's made on a friday, it doesn't come with the proper bolts!!This came in yesterday and I am spending all day today trying to get the back to attach to the seat, which will not happen. Bolt area on the plate that is on the seat is drilled out to 8mm and 6mm bolts were sent instead. I even measured the drilled holes with a caliper! So you tell me how I'm going to get this chair together!! I'm going to have to do some major work on this chair to get the two pieces together. That's not a good product imho.I have already given away the old chair this one was replacing. Guess I will be sitting on the floor!!

This chair is rather comfortable for the price range. I have not had much luck with office chairs due to my big frame but I am very comfortable working on this chair for hours. I particularly like the foot rest and the back reclining function.

Overall had been really nice and comfy. Wasn't to hard to put together though the arms have to be aliened well. a mishap did end up with a broken part.

I bought the chair in November 2024. Four months later, in March 2025, the Office Chair Mechanism is Broken.The description for the chair states, "400 lbs Big and Tall Office Chair," but that is not the case. Waste of money, highly upset with this product! The part to fix the chair is nearly half the price of the original chair.

We were looking for a chair that reclines to at least 135 degrees and this one fit the bill. The foot rest is a bonus for sure, and works well too.All the parts were nicely protected with bubble wrap/shrink wrap. The quality of the materials and fit and finish were superb – everything fit and worked perfectly. They even provide a wrench so none of your tools are required for assembly.I took some pics to illustrate how well the chair is built and finished. There is a leather flap that covers the plate which connects the backrest to the seat cushion so the chair looks cohesive. I’m also impressed with the hinged design of the armrests, which further provide stability of the chair. The leather is softer on the arm pads which I appreciate.The chair reclines easily and overall is very comfortable. We’re not big or tall yet this chair fits us very well.

We were excited to use this chair for it's big/tall claims, thinking it was simply the weight capacity. I appreciate that the foot rest and back padding are robust for supporting a heavier person. Sometimes it's difficult to get comfortable in my lower back against an office chair, but this one has adequate padding in a supportive shape around the lumbar and hips. The arms are great, adjusting with the recline as necessary. I wish the casters were a bit larger, so I might swap them out in the future, but those that came with it work fine on hard floor or a floor mat. It's been great to use, thank you~

It did say "Big and Tall" in the description so I am not removing a STAR, but for me at 5' 11", the seat is a little too long for me. The other 2 similar office chairs I have measure 19" from the front of the seat to where the back of the seat meets the backrest. So if I back up to those chairs where the back of my legs are touching the front of the seat and sit down, my back is touching the backrest. With this chair measuring measure 21.5" from the front of the seat to where the back of the seat meets the backrest, when I sit down, my back does not touch the backrest if my knees are bent at a 90 degree angle.I like the quality of the materials. The seat, armrests, footrest and backrest are very comfortable. The parts all fit together very well and the book was clear on the instructions to install. This chair feels well made and it feels like it will last a very long time.
