I installed this on my Briggs & Stratton 18.5HP engine and it fit perfectly. The threads were clean and engaged smoothly, making installation straightforward and secure. As a nice bonus, it came with a protective cap to cover the threads during shipping and while waiting for installation.The rubber hose feels both durable and flexible—it bends easily to point downward when draining oil but can be tucked upright during normal use without kinking or cracking. Overall, a simple but well-thought-out upgrade that makes oil changes less messy and more convenient.
