Looks great, pretty supportive. I only regret it because I can't sit criss-crossed in it without pressing against the metal arms. I find it rather constricting.

i had many office chairs but this is by far the nicest and incredibly comfortable chair i ever had, i will recommend this chair over much more expensive chairs you can buy, your value for the money can't do better, once you put it together you will feel the sturdiness of the design!Robert Bartolomey

I had looked for a while to find chairs that would compliment a meeting room facility. I initially ordered one to see how it functioned and I was pleased to find it easy to put together and extremely comfortable. The chairs moved well and they swivel around and you are able to rock back and forth. I liked them so much that I orderd a total of 12 for our room. There were a couple of minor defects on a couple chairs but I contacted the company and had replacements parts within 2 business days. Very efficient and very fast response. Overall these chairs were exactly what I was looking for and we are very pleased with them.

Customer service was great. Had a replacement on a damaged part within just a few days. Very prompt and super helpful. Chairs are very comfortable too!
