This is a well-made, heavy duty olympic curl bar. It's solid, durable, and functional.I use it for bicep curls, although there are many other applications. The weight plates fit properly and the included collars hold them securely. As you go through the curling motion, the weights rotate seamlessly and greatly reduce wrist strain. This puts pressure on the biceps, where you want it.The knurling is exceptional - it's grippy, but smooth enough not to hurt you hands. A lot of manufacturers get this wrong, making the knurling far too rough.The bar is rated up to 800 lbs, so unless you're a superhero, there's zero chance of exceeding this limit - or getting anywhere close to it.For the price, ($47.99 at the time of this review), it's a good value. I hope this will turn out to be a "buy it once, but it for life" kind of product. Definitely recommended.

This is a high-quality bar. It is solid and well made. It comes with 2 collars for securing the weights. It could also be used with resistance bands though it is made more for traditional free weights. It should last indefinitely and would be a great addition to your home gym (or professional gym if you would so choose). I recommend this item and believe there is value there for the money.

I cannot say enough about this ez curl bar. It is quality through and through. I own CAP and RitFit barbells and this is on par if not better than my other bars. The bearings rotate smoothly and quietly. The knurling is just right. The finish is perfect and this looks so good in my gym. Even the packing was perfect- the bar comes in rubber endcaps instead of the thin plastic that other brands use (which become shrapnel in shipping and do not protect the bar). You could probably spend 10x the price and not find much improved over what this bar offers.

This is a very well made curl bar. I have been lifting weights for many years, and this curl bar is a good one. The knurl on this bar is what I call passive. It allows you to get a good grip on the bar without tearing up your hands. The length of the bar fits my curl bar rack perfectly. The weight of this bar is 20 pounds which is normal for most curl bars. What is really nice is the price. From major manufacturers of weight lifting equipment, a curl bar like this would cost at least double what this one costs. The black finish look good and should be very durable.
