Well packaged and the ground birds really like it. I put it down with sunflower seeds. I feel good that it's all eaten and the birds aren't picking through and throwing out filler.

Nice quality product. However, beware of the closure on the bag, which is a flimsy zip-loc type seal. The bag was upside down in the plastic Amazon shipping bag, and guess what happened? Nothing a broom and dust pan can't deal with, but I will be finding these little balls here and there for years to come. My advise is to open the shipping bag inside a large tub that can catch the errant seeds.

This white millet is a very nice quality. The bag is very large, which is cost effective if you have a lot of critters to feed! The millet is clean and appears to be free form any odors or insects. I don't see any significant amount of filler materials in the bag. The birds, squirrels and ducks seem to absolutely love it! I highly recommend it!

I saw this 10lb bag of (unhulled but stripped from the stalk) free seed and it seemed like a bargain. My birds usually eat everything I give them. When it arrived, I took it straight to the cages and fed them. All the birds (at least 20 Finches, Budgies, Parrots, Lovebirds). They looked at this seed, and wouldn't touch it. I cant figure it out. I laid stalks of raw millet on top---the birds attacked the stalks and left these Olympus Myco White Proso Millet Seeds untouched. I took some of these seeds and tried to germinate them in water, they have not germinated. Note: Viable seeds that germinate are what you want to feed your birds. If they dont germinate, then you shouldn't feed the seed to your birds. This is the first time in 20 years that I have seen seed rejection like this......
