It came with only a pair of thick shims for the carrier and a bunch of pinion shims. Not all the same size like I was expecting or as seen on the image.

I got two carrier shims that are the same thickness and a bunch of pinion shims that I don’t need. Just wasted my time well my jeep is down.

Inboard means before the bearing is pressed on to the case. These work well but, the bearings need to be installed to check fit and gear mesh. If you need to remove or add shims the bearing will need to be removed again.
