These are amazing!! I have been teetering on the edge of buying these or the real Jet fins, for a very long time now, and I finally pulled the trigger and got them sent to me. I've only tried them a couple of times, but already I'm pretty happy with them. They are very light - same weight (if not slightly lighter) than my buddy's Scubapro Seawing Novas. THEY ACTUALLY FLOAT! The spring straps keep them to neutral buoyancy, which is incredible for this style of fins! They are powerful. Like having a board attached to your foot - very similar to the original Jet fins, just half the weight. The sizing is a little weird. My feet are size 11/12 and in every other fin, I am a Large. In these I am XXL, as the smallest is called L... Incidentally, XXL is the right size for my feet. Very strange... The foot pocket is basically just an open square, so they aren't as comfortable as say, Mares Avanti Quattros, but you get used to them pretty quickly. These are definitely frog kickers as the flutter style in any form, is quite hard on your shin muscles. Just like Jet fins. All in all, I am very happy with them!

These fins were bought for my husband in June 2016 as they are lighter than his Scuba Pro Jet fins. In November the foot pocket of one of the fins developed a tear on the top of the foot pocket and now they are unusable. Amazon would not offer a refund. The OMS fins are made from a monoprene material that is not very durable. His Jet fins that are nearly 20 years old and are virtually indestructible. Buyer beware.

I got mine in 2009,when I started diving.I use these fins when sidemounting, and in most dives. They are good in caverns like Ginnie springs.Lots of power. But not built for speed, they can tire you out if you try.A little stiff but you get use to it.Good in strong current. I use frog kick the most, slow and easy. They keep me in trim in sidemount,my other fins do not. I love my pair
