The seats are not secure. We used these for a business. One day of use of it was broken. When the very first client sat down in the chair, the bottom gave out. The client fell through to the floor and injured himself. These chairs are nothing but a liability. It is only a cheap hook and eye holding the seats together. Do not trust them. Terrible, cheap design. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Bought this for my waiting area at my auto repair shop. Wanted to have a nicer-than-your-average-shop waiting area and this fit the bill. I was concerned what the quality would be like given the price, but I was pleasantly surprised how sturdy it was once it was put together. I only gave it 4-stars on comfort not because it's uncomfortable, but the cushions aren't all that thick - not like a living room couch - but it's perfect for a waiting area.
