The packaging is very careful and comes with spare screws. It is easy to install. I have been using it for two weeks. The wheels slide easily without any sound. The backrest can be adjusted as needed.

Perfect chair for me. I selected this one for the quality, I am not a gamer. I liked the arms are not padded and the quality covering. Other reviews mentioned the seat being firm, it is and it is just fine. It is easy to put together however I did utilize a drill with the proper bit to assemble. Allen wrenches are not my thing. I do think the lower lumbar pillow is a little stiff for my liking, that is my opinion, I just don't use it.

Bought this for my husbands Christmas gift, he loves it so much! He wasn’t sure about it at first since I don’t know what time doing when picking out things like this, but as soon as I saw lumbar support I knew I had to go with this one. He absolutely loves the fact that it has lumbar support, and he likes it more than the one he THOUGHT he wanted hahaFor an idea on weight with this chair, my husband is 280 lbs and games in this chair for a good 6-8 hours depending on the night, he loves it.

OneGame was very responsive to my feedback on how to improve the product. One thing I really appreciated about this chair was that all the screws were in the right places and it was very accessible and a breeze to assemble. I would definitely buy from them again.The chair itself has great lumbar support, which is crucial for people who sit for long periods of time. The memory foam cushions are also very comfortable and mold to your body. The chair gives a thick, sturdy feel and the faux leather is soft and supple, which hopefully means it won't crack like harder, glossier faux leather. Each part of the chair is carefully wrapped in foam to prevent any breakage or damage during transportation.

Bought this gaming chair for my 10 years old son. He is playing video game. It is comfortable for him to sit. It is wide enough, so when you sit on the chair still have many space for your body. The head support part is high, so your head is easily against the top. Easy to assemble, very quick to assemble. The quality is good. The handle is easy to adjust the position.

This chair was pretty easy to assemble and all parts were present. The quality is fantastic. The chair is comfortable, easy to use and we'll worth the money. The chair has a comfortable headrest, lower back massager and footrest. The chair also, glides nicely on carpet and laminate flooring. The chair holds up to 250 lbs. The chair is big so, be sure your room is big enough to accommodate. Overall, Highly recommend if you are looking for a gaming chair

I bough this chair for my daughter about a month ago. So far she is loving it and it was very easy to put together. My daughter is almost 5’2 and weight is on the higher size. Because of this it has been near impossible to find a chair that can accommodate both but most chairs for higher weight assume you must be over 6ff tall. This chair allows for both tall and extremely short as we have not even hit the bottom. She is no longer have major neck and back pain. The quality of the chair is great and is exceptional for the low price point. I highly recommend it to anyone who may be short statured and/or full figured. Each component is extremely well made and very comfortable to sit in, even for hours of nonstops gaming. I cannot recommend this chair enough.
