The fountain worked fine for 1 month. Then, after I unplugged it for it's weekly cleaning, the pump will not come back on. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer and have gotten no response.

I like the capacity. Our old water fountain needed to be topped up every evening; this one goes several days without refilling.I like that it's metal instead of plastic (cats can get acne from plastic fountains and dishes). I like the lighted water level indicator.I'm not crazy about how often the filters and motor are supposed to be cleaned, especially since the motor isn't all that accessible. We came close to returning the fountain because of that, but decided to try it out first. It's not ideal, but I think it will work out OK.

This fountain replaced one that had a reservoir bottle over the top. I think this one is much more safe in respects to water leaks than that design, It is also much quieter than the one I had.I like the looks of this one and it is really dead silent. The cats took a little bit of time to warm up to it, but they did.It has a blue light when full and red light when it needs to be filled which is nice.But, it pretty much has to be completely taken apart to be filled tho, with my two cats it lasts about a week maybe a little bit longer, so it's not like it has to be done all the time.It's a good opportunity to clean it, there's not a lot of parts and they all clean up really easy.When it does run empty, the pump stops and leaves a little bit in the top reservoir for the cats to keep drinking. There's still about an inch of water in the lower tank, I guess to keep the pump from burning up if dry.Overall it's a nice looking fountain, the cats like it and water lasts a good while.

I have 2 little dogs (15 lbs) and would have to change and clean their water bowl daily. I wanted something that would last several days and the bottom not get yucky. This has not disappointed. It took them a couple of days to get used to it. The water flow is quiet, the dogs love the fresh water and I like that you can see the water level. I change their water every 4-5 days. It’s pretty easy to wash everything and put it back together. It comes with extra filters as well. I’m always surprised how much dirt is in the filter from the dogs drinking. Overall I am really happy with it.

The kitties are happy with it, though it was a little smaller than I expected. Still, it's nice to not have to deal with the slimy buildup that tends to happen with plastic fountains. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe are a huge plus.

I have had other cat fountains, but I really like this one because it is so quiet. The water bubbles up the way it would from a natural spring. It is not disturbing to the cats and they took to it right away. It is easy to clean and change the filter. It holds a good amount of water and it has a light that turns red when the water level gets too low.

Your cat's or small dogs will enjoy! My largest cat is always jumping up and getting into the sink. To drink running water from the faucet. She went straight to this and started drinking and now all 3 are now using it after two days... It has a larger water reservoir than the large bowl I was using. And the Blue full / Red empty warning light will be a plus I know. And was easy to assemble and the only time consuming process. Is allowing the filter to sit in cold water for 5 minutes. For the price if I had more cats I'd buy more for the price and the quality this product has and offers.
